Live expedition control center
The road, live — when it is genuinely live
This is where the expedition will be followed in real time: cabin feeds during announced windows, a delayed position map, telemetry, field reports and verified media. Until the engines start in Alaska, the centre runs in pre-departure mode and says so.
Pre-departure mode — expedition not yet live
Countdown to planned departure
No feed is running. The next verified update will appear here — nothing on this page is ever simulated to fill the gap.

- LIVE
Live cabin feed
Active only during verified broadcast windows.
A real-time cabin or exterior feed with the current chapter, speed band and weather. Chat and live alerts are open.
- DELAYED
Location delayed
Positions are published with a safety delay.
The map shows a delayed vehicle position and the completed distance. Exact stops, overnight locations and border points are withheld.
- OFFLINE
No signal
Connection limited or unavailable.
The last verified update stays on screen with its timestamp. Nothing is simulated to fill the gap.
- FIELD UPDATE
Field report
Written or photographic update from the crew.
A short report uploaded when a connection allows: what happened, where the convoy is heading and what broke or held.
- SAFETY HOLD
Safety hold
Transmission paused for safety or legal reasons.
All feeds and positions are suspended. A neutral notice explains that transmission is paused, without operational detail.

No live signal is ever simulated. Precise crew locations are not published during sensitive stops, border procedures, overnight stays, private visits or security incidents. The expedition intends to use a combination of satellite and terrestrial connectivity; availability will vary by country, terrain, regulation, weather and network conditions.
